Service Description
This post natal pilates class is suitable following your post natal doctor sign off (usually around 6-8 weeks after birth) and for any fitness level. You can bring your baby to be on the mat alongside you. This class will help to restore fitness levels, body confidence and give you that amazing endorphin rush to make you feel amazing. This is a slow paced class with lots of amazing stretches and a big focus on core strength. It doesn't matter if you didn't exercise pre baby, this class is accessible for everyone. It is a safe non-judgemental space where you can do something positive for yourself! (p.s you don't need to bring a baby to be able to come).

Cancellation Policy
If you are on a block booking (e.g. 6 weeks in one payment) then classes cannot be rescheduled once booked. If you cannot make it one week then feel free to send a friend in your place - please let me know if doing this. If you have booked a one off class, this can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. If you want to cancel your place on a class or block booking before it begins, please provide at least 48hours notice of this and note that a 10% admin fee will be retained.
