Do I Have To Be A Mum To Join?

Absolutely not...many of my clients are not mums and I'd love to hear from you!

Other than mums, I've trained teenagers, retirees, couples and friends. Most personal training is 1:1 but small groups are also really effective. 

​

Everyone's goals are unique. Some examples...

...to walk upstairs without being out of breath

...to deadlift 75kg

...to plank for 2minutes

...to learn how to benchpress

...to have some quality time focused on yourself
